Raisin Wines

It is known that in Greece the production of raisin wines was so widespread that in Italy sweet wines were called par excellence “Greeks” and the drying of the grapes was obtained on the plant, by twisting the peduncle. And it is still with this technique that the Paololeo raisin wines are obtained.
